During the past 15 years, we have undertaken various types of assignments including agricultural land, N.A land and N.A free-hold, residential, bungalow plots layout schemes. Our assignments are spread out over the taluka at different locations.

Our first N.A layout project ‘MANDIR SANKUL’ at Patpanhale was promoted in 2008-09 and completed and handed over in December 2009. The plot owners have formed and registered their own society and the managing committee is functioning. The second similar project ‘GIRIANAND ‘at Kaundhar-Kalsur was launched in 2010 and completed and handed over in October 2011. The third project 'SAHANIVAS' was processed in 2012 and after completion handed in February 2013. In our all earlier projects, after completion further management systems are in order. Society formation-registration with property maintenance & care taking is properly taken care of. 

The next, forth similar project SAHAJEEVAN, adjacent to the project SAHANIVAS at Chikhli, is launched in March 2013 & completed in Dec 13. The project has freehold, layout- NA, developed, residential bunglow plots of sizes between 3500 to 5000  sq ft. They include water sources, reservoir, potable water tap connection, rain water drains, water harvesting, stone fencing to entire property & to the plots, MS plot gates, plinth marking, electrical provision, developed recreation grounds with society office facilities, good motorable roads etc.



 The two projects SAHANIVAS and SAHAJEEVAN at Chikhli had initially obligation of MIG, LIG reservations. (medium income/ low income group). This was officially waved off in Oct-2013 for the area and 16 new regular plots were re-sanctioned in June 2014. All these plots had same features and were part of the respective society. All plots are sold out and conveyed to the buyers.

 Road Accsess


 Since 2009, during the past 9 years four projects of the same kind have been completed one at a time in the Guhagar taluka of Ratnagiri district. In all more than 100 plot owners were satisfied. All earlier projects have registered societies with proper functioning. The common areas (recreation grounds) in the projects  are handed over and transferred to the respective societies. The roads in the lay out scheme have been handed over to the local authorities. All the formalities have been completed smoothly.

The fifth project SAHYOG By Om Enterprises, is of a similar kind and the work is in progress. The project is located at the village Ghadewadi, tarfhe Velam. It is situated on the state road number 173, which starts from Anjanvel and reaches Abloli-Bhatgaon via Shringartali. This road further proceeds to Ganpatipule and Ratnagiri. This is one of the main roads in Guhagar taluka with moving traffic and connectivity. The location of the project is around 5 km from the central market at Shringartali, 15 km from Guhagar and 37 km from Chiplun railway station.

The project SAHAYOG is being developed on an area of 20000 sq m. It comprises of 28 approved Layout-NA plots with average plot size of 400 sq m. The smallest plot is of 299 sq m and the largest 536 sq m. The plots are described as sanctioned, Layout-NA, Free Hold, Developed, Residential Bunglow Plots. Plot owners will have entire discretion regarding construction of their bunglow. We can also assist for such assignments in professional capacity. Contractors can be provided/ advised for the plantation within the plots. Societies will be formed and the common areas will be transferred. The roads will be handed over to the local authorities.

The obligatory work as per RERA is complete, complition certificate received. The project is approved by HDFC for lone facility. Ready possesion plots are available for sale.
